Research On Application Of Supply Chain Outsourcing Management In Environmental Monitoring Industry

As air quality becomes more and more concerned in public,the air quality index same as the weather forecast has become a daily necessity for people.In order to accurately monitor and timely obtain air quality information,the government has issued a number of policies.At the same time,many companies in the market begin to monitor and control the air.In addition to the traditional large-scale monitoring conventional equipment,there is a new kind of monitoring means i.e.small sensing portable device.The producing model of the large enterprises in China's environmental monitoring industry is a complete supply chain including R&D-production-sales-after sale service.But for small and medium-sized enterprises,this business model requires a large number of manpower and capital,so the supply chain management model in the environmental monitoring industry and the traditional management model begin to differentiate.So they adopt the supply chain outsourcing model and left some of the business process to the supplier.In this paper,we discuss and study the supply chain outsourcing of small and medium-sized enterprises in the environmental monitoring industry,especially the outsourcing business in the manufacturing process.In this paper,we take S company's supply chain management model as the study object,analyze the problems in the outsourcing of production process in supply chain management;we analyze the necessity of outsourcing,the risk of outsourcing process,analysis of advantages and disadvantages of outsourcing.Then we put forward some improvement measures in the process of supply chain outsourcing management and propose some reasonable suggestions on the selection and management efficiency of the new outsourcing suppliers of S company in order to meet the rapid development of the company.
