The axle is an important component of the train.Its quality is directly related to the safety of transportation.The axle is mostly forged by the free forging hydraulic press.With the rapid development of computer technology and networks,more and more axle forging companies follow the trend of management informationization and automation,and develop MES and factory-level forging production lines and other related manufacturing systems,which make the flow of production information enhanced and then achieve the purpose of improving production efficiency.In this paper,taking the axle forging of a certain track steel company as an example,a set of axle forging production process monitoring and management system was developed using the object-oriented C# language.The main contents of the paper are as follows:First,the composition of the axle forging production line and the axle forging process are analyzed.Secondly,according to the needs of users,the functional requirements and non-functional requirements of the monitoring management system are analyzed.At the same time,the relevant communication protocols such as UDP and FTP are used to implement real-time communication between the monitoring layer and the application layer.Then real-time dynamic display of sensing parameters such as temperature and press displacement of the forgings collected during the production process is realized.In addition,through data analysis and processing,not only can we automatically calculate the relevant process parameters such as deformation speed and forming temperature in the axle forging production process,but also can automatically generate corresponding production records after the axle forging is completed and upload it to the MES.In this way,closed-loop control and efficient management at the equipment level,monitoring level,and planning level are realized.It also provides technical means for the process technicians to analyze the effects of deformation speed,forming temperature,and forming force on the production quality of forgings.Finally,by demonstrating examples of system operation,the real-time monitoring and forging record generation functions of the monitoring and management system are verified authentically.Practice shows that the system is stable in operation and friendly to the user interface.It can be widely used in forging hydraulic presses.
