The Strategy Research Of H Company Supply Chain Operation

In the 21st century,the business environment of enterprises has been tremendous changed due to the continuous development of global economic integration and the rapid iteration of information technology.More and more enterprises cooperate with upstream and downstream to optimize the allocation of resources to reduce the operation cost and improve the market competitiveness.Since 2015,the domestic petrochemical industry has been in a turbulent stage due to the plummeting oil prices and reduced demand,the market demand is unstable.H company currently implements the pull production system,which cannot respond to customer demand timely because of the long lead-time of product delivery,it has become the bottleneck of the development of the company.Adjusting of H Company's supply chain operation strategy to adapt to the new market environment has become an urgent problem for H Company.This thesis is the research of H company supply chain operation strategy based on the supply chain management theory and the practice experience of lean thought in supply chain.Firstly,the thesis analysis the H company's existing supply chain management system through value stream mapping to find out the problems and the reasons;Secondly,through a large number of on-site investigations and data analysis,the thesis proposal an optimization programme of H company's supply chain operation with the method of process optimization and standardization and lean tools implementation.The proposal includes the organizational structure optimization,performance evaluation,inventory control and change management.Finally,the demand forecast accuracy and on-time product delivery rate of H company is greatly improved due to the optimization programme implementation and the effectiveness of H supply chain is enhanced.
