In recent years,snow disasters have seriously affected forestry,animal husbandry,transportation,power transmission,energy supplies,and other fields,caused huge economic losses to our country.So it's an urgent task to develop effective means of preventing icing.And the using of anti-icing coating is a kind of active prevention anti-icing technology,has very important practical significance and economic value.So this paper studied a kind of anti-icing coaing combined of hydrophobic and low surface energy.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:?1?Under the condition of BPAF and ECH as reactants,tetrabutylammonium bromide as catalyst,using phase transfer catalysis synthesizing a kind of low molecular weight of the fluorinated epoxy resin.This paper studied the molar ratio of raw materials,addition of alkali,reaction temperature and time on the epoxy value of epoxy resin.Fourier Infrared Spectrometer?FT-IR?and Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectrometerwere?NMR?used to characterize the structure of fluorinated epoxy resin.Gel Permeation Chromatography?GPC?was used to measure the molecular weight of fluorinated epoxy resin.When the mole ratio?ECH/BPAF?was 10:1,mole ratio?NaOH/BPAF?was 3:1,under the condition of55?and 4 h,the best epoxy resin was gotten.?2?Using polyethylene glycol diglycidyl ether?PEGGE?and ethanolamine?MEA?grafted hydrophilic group onto the of homemade fluorinated epoxy resin,to got an aqueous fluorinated epoxy resin.This paper studied the influence of the reaction temperature and time on the PEGGE-MEA addition reaction and synthesize of waterborne fluorinated epoxy resin.When the reaction condition was 55?and4 h,PEGGE-MEA addition product was prepared,the waterborne fluorinated epoxy resin was obtained by reacting PEGGE-MEA with fluorinated epoxy resin,under the condition of 65?and 5 h.The epoxy emulsion with good water dispensability was gotten by using waterborne fluorinated epoxy resin and deionized water via phase inversion method under the condition of 75?with a solid content of 50%.?3?The waterborne fluorinated epoxy resin coating was obtained by mixed waterborne fluorinated epoxy emulsion,SiO2 nanoparticles,waterborne epoxy curing agent and defoaming agent,leveling agent,corrosion inhibitor agent,wetting and dispersing agent evenly.In the waterborne epoxy coating,using the Oxygen curing agent–8545 in Momentive Specialty Chemicals,the ratio of epoxy and amine hydrogen was 1:0.5.The effect of type and content of the SiO2 nanoparticles on the hydrophobic property of the coatings were studied.When the content of SiO2nanoparticles was 1.5wt%and the particle type was S104583,the coating showed the characteristics of hydrophobic.And the coating showed a good anti-corrosion capability,thermodynamic stability and comprehensive performances.?4?The coatings were applied on previously sanded tinplates,to do the anti-icing test in the refrigerator.The adhesion strength of the ice and coating and anti-icing test were tested in the freezing chamber,the simulation experiment of deicing was tested in the refrigerating chamber.The coatings were applied on previously sanded rebar,to do the real test in the snow and freezing-rain.The result showed that the coating played an inhibitory effect of icing at the beginning of icing,after icing the coating can accelerating the deicing process at some extent.
