Objective:In recent years,the incidence of neck and shoulder pain is increasing,the risk population is growing,and the trend becomes younger.It has become one of the health problems that modern urban people can not be ignored.The most of neck and shoulder pain is chronic diseases,clinical treatment requires a longer period and easy to recurrent,there is no very ideal treatment method at present.Bian-Stone belongs to the category of traditional Chinese medical instruments(category 1).As a traditional Chinese external therapy,Bian-Stone has obvious effects on dredging the channel,and its treatment in the application of neck and shoulder pain has been studied by some researches,and with good results.Therefore,this article attempts to combine the textile design and medical theory,and to develop a convenient and economical Bian-Stone health care product of preventing and curing neck and shoulder pain.Method : The main steps are as follows: 1)Search the current type and etiology of shoulder and neck pain through literature research,and draw a schematic diagram of the parts of the shoulder and neck pain.2)Through the experiment,40S/2 82% viscose and 18%elastomeric polyester PBT were screened to fabricate and coating with holes of different sizes and densities.The basic specifications of the fabric and its permeability,moisture permeability and moisture absorption Sex,water permeability,was tested and analyzed through the experiment.3)Through the experimental method,test,analyze and compare the skin surface's temperature and humidity of neck and shoulder of the female group with shoulder and neck pain.4)According to the disease area,test results of fabric and the test results of the body temperature and moisture,try to develop a comfortable knit top withshoulder-neck health benefits.5)The use of 16-pin computer knitting knit to type,conduct the subjective evaluation of human wear,analyze the evaluation results and put forward follow-up optimization program.Results: 1)Summarized the area of human neck and shoulder pain,and drawn a schematic diagram of human neck and shoulder pain.2)Different opening density of the coating and uncoated fabrics have different thermal and humidity comfort properties,The design of the opening hole of the coating fabric can improve the breathability and moisture permeability of the fabric to a certain extent.3)The order of the temperature of the neck area of the human body is as follows: armpit> trapezius> back> scapula> deltoid muscle>pectoralis major> biceps> triceps;humidity from large to small is: armpit> scapula> back>trapezius> deltoid.4)Dynamic hot and humid experimental data show: compared to non-open-top blouses,open-top blisters moisture significantly decreased(P <0.05),overall comfort increased significantly(P <0.05)Conclusion: There are differences in temperature and moisture between different parts of shoulder and neck in shoulder and neck pain patients.The design of garment with different opening densities has significant effect on improving the dynamic thermal and moisture comfort of coated clothing.
