Under the background of world economic integration, the impact of trade on carbon emissions cannot be ignored. We must pay attention to the issue of carbon emissions caused by the division of trade. At the same time,in the increasingly complex international climate negotiations,China is the country with the largest global carbon emissions.Faced with tremendous pressure from different countries,in fact,China has also made a real contribution to reducing greenhouse gas emissions. Therefore,it is of great significance to China to strive to accurately measure the carbon emissions of a country that considers the embodied carton emissions in trade, and it is the first precondition to call for reconstructing the principle of scientific and fair emission responsibility allocation and solving many related emission reduction issues. In addition, because there are few literature to study the problem of the embodied carton emissions in trades between developing countries,so I hope the writing of this paper can play a certain role in expanding and enriching the research in this field. In this context, this paper uses the 2007,2011 and 2014 WIOD(World Input-Output Database)to compile the corresponding China-India bilateral input-output table, and combine the EORA carbon emissions database for analysis.Using the carbon consumption coefficient of imported products produced in the importing country to accurately measure the implied carbon emissions of the two countries' import and export trade. The study finds that the total amount of implied trade carbon emissions at the level of China and India has increased from 2007 to 2014,and both countries are net exporters of embodied carbon in the foreign trade. In addition,in bilateral trade between China and India,China is a net exporter from the perspective of China-India trade balance, while China is also a net exporter from the perspective of bilateral trade embodied carbon, and the net export gap has increased. This is mainly caused by the expansion of bilateral trade,as well as the huge export volume and trade surplus of China to India. Finally, based on the measurement results of embodied carbon emissions in bilateral trade, this paper puts forward corresponding policy recommendations from energy efficiency, trade structure between China and India, reasonable transition of industry and green trade.
