| "Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the Party,the Central Committee of the Party with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core has realized the theme of "beautiful China" and based on long-term development,has proposed and implemented a series of new ideas and new projects on the construction of ecological civilization.In order to improve the happiness index of the people,to provide people with a healthy,clean and suitable living environment,and to resolve the contradiction between human development and the natural environment,the Communist Party of China has always attached great importance to the construction of ecological civilization.After long-term development,China's ecological civilization construction has achieved historic results.However,during the initial economic development process,serious ecological imbalances were caused.Therefore,from the perspective of the overall ecological environment in China,there are still many complex problems and also great challenges.At present,China has entered a new period of ecological civilization construction,and will achieve a comprehensive construction of a well-off society in 2020.Therefore,we should seriously study the 70 years of ecological civilization construction in New China,grasp and deeply understand its ideological connotation,and promote ecology The sustainable development of civilization construction theory and practice.We should accelerate the pace,unite all forces,and work hard for the sustainable development of socialism with Chinese characteristics.This article analyzes and sorts out the evolution process and development context of the 70-year ecological civilization construction in New China,and explains its laws and values,so as to provide a theoretical basis and thinking path for the development and advancement of ecological civilization construction in China.The main research content of this article is the 70-year idea of ecological civilization construction in New China,that is,the idea formed by the Chinese Communist Party's ecological civilization construction from 1949 to 2019.It is planned to study from the following five aspects:The first part is the introduction,this part mainly includes Topic selection background and significance,relevant research status at home and abroad,research methods,etc.;The second part is to analyze the basic connotation and theoretical sources of ecological civilization construction ideas,and to expound Marxist ecological ideas,contemporary Western sustainable development ideas,Confucian ecological cultural views The guidance and reference significance for China's ecological civilization thought and construction;the third part is to systematically sort out the development process of the 70-year ecological civilization construction thought in New China,focusing on analyzing the necessity of ecological civilization construction.The fourth part is to analyze the evolution law and enlightenment of the thought of ecological civilization construction in the 70 years of New China,and provide a thinking way for the promotion of ecological civilization construction in China.Specifically,it is explained from two aspects:evolution law and value connotation.The law of evolution has three levels:the law of development of productive forces,the law of development of human society,and the law of governance of the Communist Party.The meaning of value mainly includes the deepening of the understanding of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the development of roads,and the guidance of value.The key points,at the same time reiterating the purpose of this study and the prospect of ecological civilization construction,provide feasibility suggestions for enriching the thought of ecological civilization construction in China. |
