Optimization Research On Purchasing Logistics Of Shou Qin Company Based On Supply Chain Management

In the economic background nowadays,the development of world economy is fastly,and the trends of the economy in China is progressing during the steady state.The development of economy is no longer rapid and this state has influenced various industries,especially the iron and steel industry.The steel industry mainly depends on export before,but now the trade restrictions of some regions and countries leads to greatly reduce of the mount of steel export,which impact the iron and steel enterprises in China.If the iron and steel enterprises want to survive,they must to find another way to enhance enterprise competitiveness.Supply chain management is important in the development of enterprises and the percentage of procurement and inventory costs in the supply chain management is more than 65% of the total production cost.Optimizing the percentage can reduce iron and steel enterprise logistics cost and expand the profit space of practical significance.This paper consider the problem in the supply chain of Shouqin company under the consideration of purchasing and inventory optimization and transportation.The specific research contents include:First of all,the introduction introduces the research background and significance of this paper,at the same time,simply expounds the research status at home and abroad.Combining the present situation of the current study with the actual situation of Shouqin company,we propose the problem to be solved in Shouqin company.Based on these problems,we introduce some related theories,such as purchasing theory,purchasing management,supply chain management,purchasing supply chain management and inventory theory.Secondly,we introduce the present situation of the operation structure of Shouqin company,analyze the problems in the procurement and inventory of Shouqin company and propose the basic ideas and methods for solving thees problems.Based on the inventory and allocation problem of Shouqin company,we established related mathematical models of inventory and allocation problems,using Lingo to calculate the optimal solution,and provide theory basis for procurement management in supply chain.Finally,we consider the optimization measures in purchasing process of Shouqincompany from many respects,and optimize the present situation of Shouqin company from multi-angles to ensure that the purchasing cost is reduced.
