The West-East Gas Pipeline is an important strategic natural gas pipeline in China.The state has a high attention for the safe operation of the pipeline and the rapid maintenance and repair response in the event of an accident.As the main carrier of pipeline information transmission,the communication fiber optic cable is the key to ensure the safe,stable and economical operation of the pipeline.However,with the increase of the time the failure of the cable is frequent.Therefore,the West-East gas pipeline cable failure reason analysis,fiber optic cable safety evaluation model is set up,find out the problems existing in the optical fiber cable system,thus pointed projections for its prevention work,has certain practical significance.First of all,from the literature and article studying,on the basic of the West-East Gas Pipeline failure accident data statistical analysis,combining with the existing literature cable failure reason analysis,main reason to determine the cable failure are:the third-party damage,incorrect operation,cable defects and natural disasters.In this paper,the stress of the cable under the loading is analyzed,and the failure judgment of the cable is obtained by combining the experimental data.According to actual working condition of the finite element software LS-DYNA to excavator direct effects on optical cable and indirect effects on optical cable the two aspects are numerically simulated and analyzed the dynamic response of a fiber optic cable,mechanical characteristics and limits digging force and the thickness of covering for cable force.According to the principles of establishing index system,using the Fault Tree analysis(FAT)of West-East Gas Pipeline cable analyzed the main failure reasons and influencing factors,identification of cable system of weak links,respectively from the third party damage,incorrect operation,cable itself defects and natural disasters in these four aspects the safety of west-east gas pipeline optical cable multi-level evaluation index system.The cloud model is applied to the safety evaluation of optical fiber,and the set of factors is established through the established safety evaluation index system.Factors and reviews the concept of cloud model as the criteria,combined weight given cloud factors is more scientific and rational cloud,then according to the cables and the west-east gas pipeline safety of qualitative determination and quantitative data to get the actual cloud model,the single factor through similarity comparison analysis with the standard cloud model,determine the most similar comments cloud,combined with the actual working condition of considering based on the limit of digging force correction model to modify comments cloud,finishing of west-east gas pipeline cable safety comprehensive evaluation.Finally,from the three aspects of final judgment,weight of each index,and cloud model of each factor,the paper analyzes from macro to micro,and puts forward effective safety countermeasures and suggestions.Used in this paper,the safety evaluation system is established to evaluate the practical cases,the results and basic conform to the actual situation,this article research results to the pipeline safety evaluation technology in fiber optic cables and integrity management provide certain technical support.
