With the development of economics and the requirement of environmental governance,natural gas as a convenient and clean energy demand has been increasing.As a convenient,economical and safe way of gas transportation,natural gas pipeline is developing rapidly.Whether the project schedule can be completed on schedule has become a key factor for the success of the project.In view of the large scale of investment,the long duration of work and the variable construction environment,this paper has made a full reference to the literature at home and abroad on the eastern section of the West-East Gas Transmission Line(Fujian Section)project(referred to as the West Sandong Section(Fujian Section)project).On the basis of mastering the project of the eastern section(Fujian section)of the West Sandong Gas Transmission Line,the questionnaire method and the Delphi expert scoring method were used to comprehensively consider the constraints of quality,cost,resources,and processes.This paper analyzes the main factors that affect the progress of the project in West sandong,and selects the main indicators that lead to the project progress management.It is concluded that many factors,such as people,machinery and materials,methods and environment,and design defects,affect the progress management of the progress.The impact index system of the project progress management in the East section of the West and East gas pipeline was established,a multi-factor fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was introduced,and the progress management effectiveness of the completed period was evaluated,and the project progress management level in the West and East section was analyzed.According to the current project schedule management level,I find out the key factors that affect the project schedule management,and then carry out the corresponding countermeasures to explore and study,and seek the ways and measures to solve the current poor project schedule management level.Its validity is verified by the implementation of specific methods.To Improve the level of progress management of the project,I will take certain safeguard measures to establish an early warning and alarm system and make a good analysis of the effectiveness of progress control,starting with organizational safeguards,institutional safeguards,improved planning and contract control,emphasis on land acquisition coordination and control,and enhanced implementation of social responsibility.
