| In recent years,the tin plate factory of baosteel has always been adhering to improving product quality for the users,and striving to improve the site process.Therefore,to produce higher quality products,the tin plate factory added a lot of new equipment in recent years.Due to the different working conditions of each line,the installation of new equipment has brought some difficulties.In the newly added surface defect detecting instrument project,management policy will be applicable while controlling the product quality,the progress will be insured.This issue will be based on the project managing theory and objective situation of the newly added surface defect detecting instrument project,with selected appropriate technology method.Through the further clarification of the scope of the surface defect detecting instrument project,the issue will discuss and research the progress of the project for punctuality assurance.In the same time,the control points of the project and effective measures will be optimized,which will ensure that the project will be completed successfully.The research and the practice will be mainly about following three aspects:(1)Taking work breakdown structure(WBS)and other project management methods to determine the content of the project and project work decomposition.(2)Gantt chart,network diagram,milestone plan and other tools to analyze the schedule of the project.(3)Analysis of the factors affecting progress,create safeguards in terms of organization,resources,propose appropriate solutions and deviation management.Through this issue,the new progress managing method will be explored while maintaining the progress of the project,which will be helpful for other similar projects. |
