Coke is essential to iron and steel enterprises as the original fuel.Traditional wet coke quenching technology not only polluters,but also Waste heat which is from red coke.People are gradually awared of this shortcoming,and develop many new technologies.Since the last century,CDQ technology replaced wet gradually,the reason is that it Saves energy,environmental protection,even more,improve the quality of coke.Coke process including red coke transporting,lifting,loading and cold coke discharging.In order to finish the process,some core equipment are needed including the lifting machine?dry quenching furnace and so on,and the hoisting machine is the first key step in the process of coke.Therefore,whether the elevator control system can run quickly and smoothly or not is particularly important significance to the production of CQD.This paper analyzes the current situation of coke quenching technology and summarizes the merits and demerits of CDQ hoist control system,Finally,this paper identified by the use of frequency converter and PLC on CDQ hoist control.Both Establishing the redundant networked control system through PLC,also achieving specific control of the device through the inverter.Inverter controls speed and torque of the motor by rectification system and inverter,Switching speed of the hoist by Photoelectric switch which can probe the position pf the hoist.The test designed five different modules with different function,the first manual on the car,the second Automatic on the car,the third Car manual emergency,the fourth Chuo automatic,the fifth operation of changing the rope.Programming language of PLC uses the Ladder which is normal and Function Block Diagram after comparing the advantages and disadvantages of various programming languages,at the last of the paper,simulating the program by using simulation software,fverified the correct programming.The automatic control system of CDQ hoist in this paper has been applied in Jingtang Company Coking Department,the fedback of on-site workers and monitoring of the running process show that its applicatrion proved that the system are suitable for the technological process and production requirements of CDQ hoist,besides,it has a strong robustness.It plays an important role in improving the heat recovery and reuse of coke and improving the atmospheric environment.
