With the advancement of science,people pay more attention to the perfect integration of technology and health,gradually turn their attention to how to retore human health and physical fitness.As a new type of functional fiber,coffee carbon fiber has significant advantages in antibacterial,negative-ion,and far infrared emission.This paper studied the seamless knitted fabrics of coffee carbon fiber and used them for the functional garment development to meet people's needs for healthy sports.In this paper,the coffee carbon yarn with nylon as the carrier was used as the raw materials of the veil,and the 5-level interlacing ratio and the 3-level structure were designed.15 seamless knitted fabric samples were woven according to the comprehensive experimental design.Each sample was tested for performance(permeability,moisture conductivity,elasticity,warmth retention property)and functional test(antibacterial activity,negative-ion property and far-infrared performance).The influences of various factors on the performances of the fabric and the horizontal combination of optimal fabrics were analyzed by orthogonal experimental and the horizontal combination of fabrics with better performance was determined.The multiple fuzzy judgment was used to comprehensively evaluate the performance of each fabric.Partition designed and developed sportswear according to the demand of heat and moisture distribution during the movement of the human body.Finally,the body physiological feedback experiment was carried out to verify the muscle fatigue function of the sportswear.Research indicated that the longitudinal surface of the coffee carbon fiber was uneven and porous,and the shape of cross section was irregular polygon.The fabric's gas permeability and moisture permeability first increased and then decreased with the increased of coffee carbon content.In terms of elasticity,the transverse and longitudinal elastic recovery percentage of the fabric basically decreased as the coffeecarbon content increased.The nano-size pore structure on the surface of coffee carbon nylon fiber can promote heat preservation of the fabric.The more the coffee carbon content in the fabric,the better the heat preservation.The coffee carbon fabric has certain antibacterial properties,release negative-ion properties and emit far-infrared properties.The higher the content of coffee carbon in the fabric,the better the antibacterial,negative-ion and blood flow effects of the fabric.The comprehensive analysis showed that the 3# sample(100% coffee carbon,1+2 mockrib)has the best comprehensive performance.Compared with ordinary nylon sportswear,coffee carbon sportswear has a certain degree of delay on the emerge of exercise fatigue of biceps brachii,triceps brachii,rectus femoris and gastrocnemius muscle fatigue,in other words,it has the effect of relieving exercise fatigue.The research results bring reference to the research and application of functional fibers.
