The Study Of Construction Of The Traceability System Of Yellow Rice Wine

Food quality and safety is the focus of the society.The traceable information management system of food is an important approach of supervision of food quality.Rice wine,as a high nutrient value and healthy traditional food,has not been studied and applied by traceable information management system.Based on the present situation of rice wine production in Magu Company,Jiangbei,Changsha,the traceable system of rice wine was established which provided supports for its production and management.This paper analyzes the functions of rice wine traceability system aim,service object and participants responsibility,design the basic architecture of rice wine traceability system.Traceability system is mainly composed of yellow rice wine production and business operation platform,regulators,consumers back three platform,through the global unified coding and identification system(GS1 system)for the connection of information with the three platforms.Yellow rice wine the implementation of the traceability system must establish the information system platform,software system needs not only scientific and reasonable,also need computer,scan code recognizer,printer and other hardware equipment.GS1 system information data collection is the key element in rice wine traceability management system,combining with the hazard critical control points,the detailed design of yellow rice wine product lifecycle raw material supply,processing,circulation of the data collection scheme.Coding technology is another key elements of rice wine traceability system,this paper designed the rice wine products supply chain the effective identification of the six main node,and each link of information management,transmission and exchange mechanism,thus for yellow rice wine products supply chain of raw materials,processing,packing,storage,transportation,,sales and so on each link for effective tracking and tracing,timely find problems and potential,to properly handle.Finally,from the enterprise management,consumer product inquiry,government regulation of yellow rice wine traceability system are introduced.Using 3 months,The system commissioning results in magu distillery in Xingsha jiangbei town show that the system make the yellow rice wine enterprises significantly improve product quality and sales.
