Study On Government Supervision Of Safety Production In Lintan County

With the rapid economic growth and social development,especially the rapid development of the township economy,a large number of small and micro enterprises and individual industrial and commercial households have continued to increase,followed by a large increase in hidden dangers of various production safety accidents,and problems arising in the area of safe production.More and more.From the Central Committee of the Party and the State Council to the Party committees and governments of provinces,counties and counties,more and more attention has been paid to the work of safe production.It has improved laws and regulations related to production safety and formulated a series of policies and documents on strengthening work safety.Judging from the national production safety situation in recent years,domestic production safety accidents,which have caused damage to the property and life of the state and people,have caused widespread concern among the state and society.This has put forward higher requirements for the supervision and administration of production safety government at the grassroots level,especially for the supervision and administration departments of production safety at the county and township levels.Government supervision of production safety at county and township levels can directly reflect the effectiveness of production safety work,and it is also related to the implementation of various national production safety policies and regulations,which directly affects the national production safety situation.Therefore,strengthening the government's supervision and management of production safety at the grassroots level is of great significance for continuously improving the overall level of production safety in the whole society,meeting the growing needs of the people for a better life,and maintaining the steady improvement of the production safety situation at the county level.The author has been engaged in the work of government supervision of production safety for more than 8 years in lintan county of gannan state.During his work,he has accumulated a large amount of experience data,and has a relatively comprehensive and objective understanding of the production safety situation and the supervision of production safety in lintan county.Based on the relevant theories ofpublic management,this paper obtains first-hand data through field research,summarizes the domestic and foreign documents on safe production supervision and management,and analyzes the current situation of safe production supervision in Lintan County.It has been pointed out that the government's responsibility for supervision of production safety is not fulfilled,the township and township supervision departments are not entitled to power,the government's ability to supervise production safety is insufficient,the government's supervision of enterprises' production safety is not in place,and production safety accidents in the county are frequent.On the basis of systematic analysis of the causes of the problems,the author proposes to improve the production safety regulations system,clarify the responsibilities of government supervision over production safety,strengthen the construction of the work safety supervision team,establish and improve the work safety assessment mechanism,increase the investment of work safety funds,and innovate the production safety supervision model under the new situation.Some suggestions for further improving and strengthening the supervision of production safety in Lintan County were put forward.
