The off-road wide mining dump truck requires high power performance and economic performance because of its harsh working environment and complex working conditions.Power transmission system,as the power transmission system of vehicle,is the most important part of vehicle.This paper takes Shandong Peng Xiang Automobile 90 ton non highway wide body mining dump truck as the research object,carries on the research on the optimized design of its powertrain system.According to the basic principle of automotive power transmission system,the existing power transmission mode of mining vehicle is analyzed,and the power transmission system scheme of the prototype car is determined.Aiming at the poor working condition,short transportation distance and heavy load uphill of wide-body mine truck,AVL-Cruise is used to establish a mathematical model to simulate the whole working process of the sample truck,and the simulation results are obtained.The difference between theory and practice is verified by experiment,and the mathematical model is optimized to provide theoretical basis and mathematical model for the follow-up design.A variety of transmission system schemes are proposed according to the results of field test and actual operation,and the optimal scheme is obtained through simulation analysis.It can satisfy the requirement of selecting different power transmission schemes according to different working conditions of the follow-up vehicles,improve the power performance of the whole vehicle,and provide a theoretical basis for the reasonable optimization matching of the power transmission system of off-road wide mining dump truck.
