Drilling and tapping are the most commonly used processing methods in industrial production.With the rapid development of manufacturing technology,various new types of drilling machines,tapping machines and drilling and attack centers are constantly appearing,but through drilling and tapping equipment at home and abroad.The analysis of current research status and market research found that the equipment used for batch drilling or tapping production at home and abroad still has problems of low production efficiency,poor precision and high cost.In view of the above situation,this thesis takes the anchor clips that need to be mass-produced as the processing object,and proposes a bolting and tapping integrated machine for anchor clips,which can realize efficient automatic drilling and tapping processing of anchor clips.The main research contents of this thesis are as follows:1.By analyzing the drilling and tapping processing technology of the anchor clips,the specific design requirements are put forward.According to the design requirements,the mechanical overall scheme of the two anchor clips drilling and tapping machine is developed.The program is compared and the final use of the double-station rotary design is determined;2.Through the analysis and comparison of the commonly used automatic control schemes,combined with the control requirements of the anchor clips,the overall control scheme of the industrial touch screen as the upper computer and PLC as the lower computer control system;3.On the basis of the overall mechanical scheme,the structural design of the rotary table,drilling and tapping clamping system,drilling and tapping spindle power system,drilling and tapping feed system was completed,and the corresponding work was explained.principle;4.On the basis of the overall scheme of the control system,the design of the control system's supplementary structure and the hardware selection of PLC,servo system and frequency conversion system are carried out.The design of the main circuit,servo system circuit,frequency conversion system circuit and clamping system circuit of the control system are completed;5.The modular design method is used to divide the PLC program into PLC main program,double station working mode subroutine and single station working mode subroutine,and formulate PLC main program control flow,double station working mode subroutine control flow and single The work mode of the work mode subroutine control flow,and the corresponding PLC program is completed according to the control flow,and the function of the man-machine interaction interface is completed for the functions required for the anchor clip drilling and tapping machine;6.The dynamic characteristics of the drilling and tapping clamping system and the drilling and tapping feed system were analyzed to verify the rationality of the design of the drilling and tapping clamping system and the drilling and tapping feed system.The physical prototype was built to complete the functional verification of the anchor clip drilling and tapping machine.Figure [40] table [5] reference [61].
