The Research And Design Of Integrated Drilling And Tapping Machine

This dissertation discusses the key technology of a new type of drilling and drilling integrated machine and the design of the whole machine,aiming at the problems of high cost,low precision and low efficiency,high labor intensity and so on,in the manufacturing of power machines.The form is between the vertical machining center and the ordinary drilling machine,and the utility model can be used for drilling,chamfering and tapping of different porous small size workpieces.Firstly,the dissertation determines the overall layout of the plane,and choose the right form of power transmission.According to the design requirements,select the appropriate cutting parameters,design the main parts of the plane like,the power head,the lifting system,the rotary worktable and the base of the special plane,establish the three dimensional solid assembly model of special plane by 3D software,and complete the overall structure design of the special plane.In the process of designing the control system,this paper uses the form of programmable logic controller(PLC)+ AC servo system + variable frequency speed control system + touch screen.First of all,complete selection and the corresponding power wiring design and control wiring design of the plane control system hardware including PLC controller,servo control system,frequency conversion controller.And based on the Modbus RTU protocol to design the serial communication network of RS485 industrial bus.Then design the software part of the plane control system including PLC control procedures,control procedures and RS485 industrial bus communication program and touch screen interface.In this dissertation,the drilling and tapping integrated plane will complete the work of a single multi process and the work of a single process through the five stations in the form of the four main shaft,this will fill the market gap between ordinary drilling machine and vertical machining center.Improve production efficiency of power machine parts,increase manufacturing flexibility,reduce labor intensity,while ensuring machining accuracy,reduce the cost of production,and can be effectively applied to the production needs of small and medium enterprises.
