Safety has always been the focus of mining enterprises.Safety production is the basis of all work.Drainage system and ventilation system,as two major production systems in mines,play an important role in production safety.Many large-scale mining enterprises are relatively mature,with high degree of automation of equipment.Drainage and ventilation systems have sound safety management system and perfect safety risk control measures.In contrast,a considerable number of small and medium-sized mining enterprises have problems such as insufficient safety investment,poor reliability of mining equipment and low level of internal management,which lead to the unsatisfactory production status of small and medium-sized mines.Taking small and medium-sized metal mines in eastern Hubei Province as an example,the safety risk factors in drainage and ventilation systems sometimes do not attract enough attention in the production process of mines,and the risk management and control system of drainage and ventilation systems in mines has not been established.Based on this,the following main research work has been carried out:Firstly,the principle of safety risk identification of drainage and ventilation system in small and medium-sized metal mines is expounded,and the method of risk identification of safety risk management and control system is determined by consulting experts' opinions.Through on-the-spot investigation and literature consulting,from the four aspects of "human,equipment,environment and management" to medium and small-sized metal mines.The safety risk factors in drainage system and ventilation system are identified,and the LEC evaluation method is used to classify the identified safety risk factors.Secondly,through the risk classification,the important risk factors of the drainage and ventilation system of small and medium-sized metal mines are screened out,and the comprehensive evaluation index system of the safety risk of drainage and ventilation system of small and medium-sized metal mines is constructed.Based on the method of fuzzy Bayesian network,the risk occurrence probability of each index of the system is evaluated,and it is concluded that the risk occurrence probability of equipment factors is the largest,which provides help for the management decision of risk management and control system.Finally,on the basis of the results of comprehensive safety evaluation,the management and control measures for the automatic transformation of drainage and ventilation systems in small and medium-sized metal mines are put forward.Taking a small and medium-sized metal mine in eastern Hubei Province as an object,this paper carries out automation transformation,and puts forward corresponding risk management measures from four aspects: human,equipment,environment and management under the guidance of comprehensive safety risk assessment system.The results show that the risk management and control system of drainage and ventilation system in small and medium-sized metal mines can greatly reduce the safety risk factors and has good practicability.In view of the theory and Application Research of drainage and ventilation system in small and medium-sized metal mines,it is helpful to the prevention of safety accidents and risk management in small and medium-sized metal mines.
