Study On Risk Management Of Environmental Comprehensive Renovation Project In Luoyun Village Of Jinxiu County

In order to fully implement the spirit of the party's eighteen,Guangxi accelerate the construction of new socialist countryside,the construction of ecological civilization and the construction of the beautiful Guangxi,since 2013,the regional party committee and government to carry out the "beautiful Guangxi-clean village" activities,to carry out clean homes,clean water,clean garden as the main task,to create a blue sky green,the water clean,beautiful village.For the outstanding difficulties and problems exist in the current rural environmental governance work in Guangxi,in accordance with the "reduction reuse" the requirement of circular economy,to build a resource-saving and environment-friendly new countryside as the goal,focus on Guangxi rural garbage disposal and sewage treatment planning of construction project construction,improve the rural waste treatment system.In rural areas,sewage treatment works,rural infrastructure and other projects.At present,most of the research on risk management of environmental protection projects is carried out around the urban infrastructure construction.The risk management research specifically for rural environmental improvement projects is not particularly deep.This paper takes comprehensive renovation project in Jinxiu County,Luo Yun Cun environment as the research object,research content is related to risk management in the process of implementing the rural environment comprehensive treatment project,including the early stages of the project risk,project risk and risk acceptance stage phase of the implementation phase of the project risk,project etc..This paper uses the method of literature analysis of the background and significance of the research projects,research situation of domestic and foreign project risk management and sort out the brief introduction of the Jinxiu County,Luo Yun Cun comprehensive environmental remediation project construction content,technology,benefit analysis and safeguard measures,summarizes the theory of project risk management.On this basis,we use the brainstorming method and fishbone diagram to identify all kinds of risks in the project.Then we use AHP to sort out all kinds of factors,and analyze the significant risk factors.Finally,we put forward the risk treatment measures or countermeasures for project risks.In this paper,there are six parts,the first part is the introduction.Mainly introduces the research background and significance of the project,the research status of project risk management at home and abroad,research methods and technical route;the second part is the brief introduction of Jinxiu County comprehensive renovation project,Luo Yun Cun environment construction necessity,construction content,technology,efficiency analysis,security measures;risk identification and analysis of Jinxiu County,the comprehensive improvement of the environment as the main part of the third Yun Cun project;risk assessment of Jinxiu County,environmental comprehensive renovation project and Yun Cun evaluation as the main part of the fourth;the fifth part is the comprehensive renovation of Jinxiu County,Luo Yun Cun environment project risk control and Countermeasures;the sixth part is the conclusion and prospect.
