With the continuous progress of the times and the rapid development of science and technology,section steel has been widely used in various industries.For example,metallurgical industry,iron and steel industry,manufacturing industry,construction industry,transportation industry,etc...Section steel will produce a variety of bending deformation after suffering a multi-channel processing and transport processes.In order to obtain high precision and high quality steel products,users often need to put the steel in straightening equipment for repeated bending and straightening.The section steel bar straightening machine is more and more trusted by users because of its high precision straightening,reliable quality,high degree of automation,strong operability and etc...Frame and roll system is a very important part of the straightening machine,the stability of its performance will seriously affect the straightening quality,service life and the production cost of the straightening machine.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the straightening theory and its key parts.This paper is a part of the research work of Fuxin Xinfeng Machinery and equipment manufacturing Co.,Ltd.to develop type steel flat vertical combination bar type straightening machine in eleven stick 600mm specification cantilever flat stick straightening machine.The straightening machine is a new understanding of the straightening theory which improves and perfects the previous straightening system thus,designs and works out the flat bar straightening machine of the eleven roller with the same roll distance straightening machine.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:First,according to the mechanical design manual and referring to the relevant literature,or the straightening principle and straightening machine to determine the process parameters and force parameters of the straightening machine and establish the three-dimensional model of straightening machine.Second,the frame and roll system is a very important part of the straightening machine.In this paper,static and dynamic analysis is carried out by introducing the Solidworks 3D model into the finite element software Ansys,obtaining the stress,strain,displacement cloud pictures,vibration frequency and mode characteristics of the parts to check the stiffness,strength and vibration stability of the frame and roll system.Third,through the Ansys simulation analysis results to improve the frame and roll system and the improved parts are simulated and analyzed.On the frame and roll system topology analysis and surface optimization analysis to further check the strength and stiffness of the parts.In this paper,the finite element method is combined with the topology optimization method.According to the results of simulation analysis,the reasonable improvement measures are put forward to check the strength of the improved parts which has an important guiding significance for the future of the actual production.
