Project planning and control is the leading project management,project management is the basis and the fundamental starting point,schedule management and control will have a direct impact on the project can achieve the contract requirements of the progress objectives and economic benefits.In the course of the project,the project management personnel must carry out detection and tracking of the project to understand the situation of the project and found a deviation,to compare the reasons for analysis,take effective measures,or change the schedule after the implementation of the new schedule,So the process until the completion of the project,this process is the progress of the proect control.Based on the theory of project schedule management,this paper sets up the schedule of the automation system integration project of W depot,and puts forward the corresponding schedule control plan.First of all,the overall construction is divided into the need to design units,construction units,equipment manufacturers,oil depot and other parties involved in the project development process,to the automation control system(automated integrated control platform)and its need for monitoring and control of 14 subsystem(PA/GA broadcast alarm,access control systems,video doorbell,video surveillance,video surveillance,video surveillance,alarm system,alarm system,alarm system,Emergency communications)for planning,design,installation,commissioning and single system debugging.Second,according to technical personnel experience and construction engineering requirements,to determine the work of the relationship,and as a basis for estimating working hours,re-use of network planning technology to prepare the project's project schedule and schedule optimization.Then,according to the requirements of different management levels,the progress control is divided into three categories:total schedule control,master schedule control and detailed schedule control.The factors that affect the progress of the project are analyzed.On this basis,prevention of project schedule delay is proposed.Measures,and finally to ensure that the construction project duration,to ensure the quality of the project and the cost of optimal as the goal,to make effective countermeasures to progress updates.Based on the study of schedule and control of automation system integration project of W depot,this paper makes use of the theory and method of project management to formulate the project schedule and control the plan in the process of implementation,and ensure the implementation of the project according to the standard plan,to the maximum extent.Reduce the planned changes,so that the project to achieve the expected progress,quality,safety,environmental objectives.
