Non tar polyurethane waterproof coating is a two component polyurethane waterproof coating made from asphalt mixture and other environmentally friendly substances as raw materials instead of coal tar,it is an economical and excellent waterproof coating,It is widely used in the roofs of industrial and civil buildings,basement and bathroom to waterproof and moisture-proof,etc.The non tar polyurethane waterproof coating also has the excellent performance and construction ability of the tar type polyurethane waterproof coating: It is easy to operate in common fields,no temperature limit,no pollution,no joint,it can adapt to the needs of complex terrain and waterproof engineering in special fields,and it has good aging resistance and so on..But the research of non tar polyurethane waterproof coating is not perfect at present,there are still many areas where cheap tar type polyurethane waterproof coatings is widely used.Its main component is coal tar which has a stimulating odor and contains a large number of volatile compounds such as anthracene,naphthalene and phenols,the use of tar type polyurethane waterproof coating has caused great harm to the environment and human health.As a result,with the development of society,the demand for environmental protection is increasing,The research of non tar polyurethane waterproof coating is of great significance for environmental protection and human health.This paper studies that the preparation of polyurethane waterproof coating by replacing coal tar with petroleum bitumen and modified petroleum bitumen,the influence of formula change on various performance indexes of polyurethane waterproof coating was emphatically investigated.on this basis,the mechanism of the function of petroleum asphalt and its modified asphalt in polyurethane waterproof coating is discussed and discussed.The results show that The polarity of different asphalt is different,the greater the polarity is,the better its compatibility with the polyurethane prepolymer,and the better the coating performance is.The effect of preparation formula on the performance of non tar polyurethane waterproof coating is as follows;With the increase of the amount of asphalt and talcum powder,the tensile strength and fracture elongation of the coating increased first and then decreased.With the increase of the amount of waste lubricating oil,the tensile strength and elongation at break of the film increase first and then decrease.With the increase of the amount of chlorinated paraffin,the tensile strength and elongation at break of the coating decreased With the increase of the amount of Mocha,two amines and organotin,the curing time of the coating gradually decreased,but the overdose will lead to the rapid solidification of the film and the decrease of the construction performanceOn this basis,the optimum ratio of non tar polyurethane waterproof coating was studied,and the optimum content of each component is 20% of asphalt,3% of Mocha,11.5% of chlorinated paraffin and 0.5% of catalyst.And in determining the optimal dosage of each component,the effect of component A and group B composition and coating curing days on the properties of non tar polyurethane waterproof coating was studied.The results show that the better the performance of component a content more film,but a high cost,so when the ratio of a and B is 1.5,the performance of the film is the best.The effect of the number of curing days on the film performance is relatively fixed,With the increase of the number of curing days,the tensile strength and elongation at break of the coating gradually increase and tend to be stable after 7 days..
