To Observe The Clinical Effect Of Qing Haze Xuan Fei Granules On The Lung Syndrome Caused By Haze(PM2.5)

The related research on haze in Chinese medicine and modern medicine was summed up by consulting the literature.Based on the modern research,the definition,composition and origin of PM2.5 are explored.From the perspective of Western medicine,the damage and pathogenesis of PM2.5 to the respiratory system are summarized.This paper discusses the domestic and foreign research on the cough caused by haze,and discusses the pathogenesis of haze and coughing from the point of view of traditional Chinese medicine,and the experience of syndrome differentiation and treatment by the tutor.Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Qing haze Xuan Fei granules on the lung syndrome caused by haze(PM2.5).Methods: 120 patients were selected and divided into two groups randomly,60 cases in the treatment group and 60 in the control group.The treatment group used clear haze Xuanfei granules,one dose daily,the control group was given eucalyptol linonee pinene enteric soft capsule,the two groups were treated for 1 weeks.The clinical symptomsn were observed before and after treatment,and the therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results: by statistical analysis,the treatment group and the control group and injury to the lung type cough dry haze were effective,60 cases of treatment group were 42 cases were cured,11 cases were obvious effective,4 cases were effective,the total efficiency of 96%,control group total efficiency of 65%,compared with the control group of Chinese medicine granules in the treatment of cough in the haze the curative effect is remarkable,and taking convenient,no adverse drug reaction.There was a significant difference in the overall efficacy between the two groups after the end of the treatment(P < 0.05),indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group,and the treatment group had significant improvement in symptom contrast before and after treatment(P < 0.05).Conclusion: the effect of Qing haze Xuan Fei granules in the treatment of haze and cough is significant,and it is worth popularizing.
