Representatives from31provinces all over our country came to Beijing toattend the of NPC and CPPCC in March,2014.Air-quality problems,especially thehaze problem,were frequently mentioned by24provinces’ representatives becausethey have became a key link which be of vital importance to the nation’s economyand the people’s livelihood in our living chain.Compared with the key regions ofNational Pollution prevention, the air condition of the Sichuan part ofChengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone is just better than Jing-jin-ji but the same asthe Yangtze River Delta area based on primary research results.The five cities-Deyang,Chengdu,Leshan,Zigong and Luzhou are connected to form a center lineof a parabolic band as the high area.In order to cope with the city haze,Sichuan Province launched ecological redline delineating plan.Wenjiang,Pujiang and Songpan,selected respectively as plain,hilly,mountainous and plateau representative area,strive to complete the ecologicalred line delineated work within this year.At the same time Sichuan Province willcancel the GDP examination of42national key ecological function zones and15provincial-level key ecological function areas.According to "the CPC SichuanProvincial Committee decided on the implementation of the Third Plenary Session ofthe Party’s eighth overall spirit of deepening reform",delineating insurmountableecological red,concerned about both the current and long-term development needs,and establishing and improving the ecological compensation system are makequantify areas defined be easy.In this situation,various fields carry out the researchof urban haze and the related systems which need to improve vigorously,so that wecan explore the root causes of urban haze, control haze, and improve theenvironment we live.This paper taking Sichuan Province as the study are,and using the technologyof GIS and RS to analysis the haze phenomenon in various cities ofSichuan.However,there is no mature calculation model.Because of the causing ofhaze phenomenon is complex,and the impact factors vary from location,so it is necessary to select a appropriate plan according to different regions.This paper putthe common factor and the unique factor of Sichuan together to make acomprehensive analysis,analysising the mechanism of haze and laid a goodfoundation for the governance of haze.The main contents and obtained results are as follows:(1)Analyzing the haze in the city of Sichuan by means of the common factorand unique factor method,we can tease out main factors of the haze outbreak anddig out the root cause of urban haze.(2)Exploring the relationship between haze and industrial structure,theprocess of urbanization and urban heat island,and combining theory and practice,we can provide a new perspective for the development of these processes and seek anew way.(3)Comprehensive multi-factor analysis,a small fine research topic.We canstudy from every aspect to provide a comprehensive,reasonable and proper solutionto govern haze.
