AgNWs with uniform size and aspect ratio over 800 were synthesized by a simple and effective polyol method under high temperature,adopting FeCl3·6H2O as the nucleation control agent.The AgNWs were prepared in anhydrous ethano and the polyester fabric was treated with the dip-drying process of the AgNWs ethanolic colloid.The influences of synthesis conditions on the aspect ratio of silver nanowires,the differentprocess,solution concentrations and aspect ratio of silver nanowires on the properties of composite polyester were studied.The ultraviolet protection property,electrical conductivity and microstructure of the composite polyester fabric were tested and analyzed to study the properties of the composite fabric.The research topics are as follows:?1?Silver nanowires were synthesized by polyol method.There are many factors that can influence the silver wire length to diameter ratio,to determine the optimal process of silver nanowires synthesized and investigated by selecting different PVP/AgNO3 mole ratio,reaction temperatures,reaction times,different FeCl3·6H2O choice of the amount,dropping speed and stirring speed in the synthesis process of the silver nanowires affected.The results showed that:the optimum preparation of silver nanowires,PVP/AgNO3 mole ratio of 1.4:1,FeCl3·6H2O concentration of 3mmol/L,the dropping speed of 70 ml/h,stirring speed of 300 r/min,under 160?reaction 1.5 h.Silver nanowires were SEM,TEM,UV-Vis and XRD tests show a high aspect ratio over 800 and has a well-shaped,uniform thickness,smooth surface with no together and other nanoparticles,the average length of up to 50 um,were around 60 nm in diameter.?2?A series of AgNWs which aspect ratio over 800 dispersion with different mass volume concentration were prepared in anhydrous ethano.The polyester fabric and oxygen plasma modified polyester fabric were treated with the dip-drying process of the AgNWs ethanolic colloid.The adsorption fastness of polyester fabric to AgNWs was improved by hot-pressing process.The effects of different concentration of the colloid on AgNWs/polyester treated with the dip-drying process was investigated.With the concentration of the AgNWs ethanolic colloid increased from 1mg/mL to4mg/mL,the UPF increased from 15.61 to 87.47,square resistance reduce from 25.38?/sq to2.51?/sq,but the washing resistance was poor.The UV protection and electrical conductivity of the AgNWs/polyester were improved after modified by plasma.The electrical conductivity of the AgNWs/polyester fabric which chmodified by oxygen plasma was improved after hot-pressing.In addition,after 50 times of washing,the square resistance was increased by 24.89%and the UPF value was reduced by 24.76%,which greatly improved the washing resistance and met the requirements of use.?3?The adhesive ability of AgNWs was improved by using BTCA to modify polyester fiber.The effect of AgNWs with different aspect ratio on the properties of AgNWs/BTCA/polyester fabric was studied,and the mechanism of BTCA crosslinking AgNWs to polyester fiber surface was analyzed.The results showed that AgNWs were evenly distributed on the fabric surface,tightly adhered and formed a conductive network structure by TEM.With the increase of AgNWs aspect ratio,the UPF showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing.When AgNWs aspect ratio for600,UPF maximum 25.10,and the square resistance reduced to 0.3?/sq from 2.06?/sq.After 50washings and 1000 bending tests,the weight and square resistance were basically unchanged,with good washing resistance and bending resistance.
