Human body sizes and models,served as the representation of human body's geometric information,have been widely used in ergonomics,clothing customization,virtual fitting,anthropological research and other fields.The existing scan-based human reconstruction methods rely on professional equipment,and have disadvantages such as high cost of use,large amount of calculation and vulnerability to environmental influences,which limits its application scenarios.With the intrinsic correlation between human body sizes and 3D model,human body statistical modeling based on size data can be realized,but the existing measurement methods have contradiction between measurement efficiency,accuracy,use cost and use threshold.Therefore,research on accurate,convenient and economical human body size measurement methods and efficient and accurate human body reconstruction methods have important practical significance for solving the application needs in the above fields.In this paper,a wearable size measuring device has been designed to realize automatic and synchronous measurement of multiple human body sizes,and the 3D model is reconstructed based on the human body sizes.The research work is carried out from the following three aspects:A wearable size measuring device is developed.The measuring device adopts the contact measuring method,and uses elastic tights as carrier to realize the wearable function.It realizes the measuring function by a series of measuring units attached to the tights and realizes information transmission by the communication module.Through the corresponding hardware circuit and mechanical structure design,the measuring device finally realizes the economical,efficient and convenient measurement of the body sizes.A 3D human body reconstruction and optimization method based on feature curve network is proposed.In order to generate human body model intuitively and efficiently,we use training sets selected from the 3D scanning human body database to establish the correspondence between human body sizes and human body model,and propose a parametric human body model reconstruction method based on user's sizes.In order to further improve the accuracy of the reconstruction method proposed in this paper,a human body model optimization method based on the feature curve network is proposed.The shape of feature curves of the initial human body model is optimized by the input human body sizes and the feature curve shape space.The optimized feature curve network is then used to constrain and deform the initial human body model to generate a better result.A human body measurement and 3D human body reconstruction system is constructed.A practical human body measurement and 3D reconstruction system is constructed by combining the wearable size measuring device with the 3D human body reconstruction and optimization method based on the feature curve network.Users can measure a series of human body sizes and generate corresponding human body models by the system.We discuss the applicable scope of the system through experiments,and analyze its the extended application.
