Study On Evaluation Of Ecological Civilization Construction In Prefecture-level Cities

Since the industrialization of mankind,material civilization has developed greatly,but it has also leaked many problems,such as resource problems and environmental problems,especially the occurrence of various environmental problems,not only for various regions,countries,etc.It has brought huge economic damage and threatened people's health and even their lives.Under such a background,all regions and countries are transforming their development ideas and emphasizing the construction of ecological civilization.Ecological civilization is the millennium of the development of the Chinese nation.The key is to emphasize that human beings and nature coexist and win each other,and it is a new development concept formed by the development of material civilization to a certain stage.Taking Chuxiong Prefecture as an example,this paper makes a scientific evaluation of the construction of ecological civilization in Chuxiong Prefecture by using the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy evaluation method.It turns out that the overall construction of ecological civilization in Chuxiong Prefecture is at the "general" level,and there is still a big improvement.Space,its economic and environmental aspects of ecological civilization construction is better,while social aspects and resources have some shortcomings,need to be improved,in response to such problems,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the construction of ecological civilization in Chuxiong Prefecture: strengthen Ecological civilization education,transforming the traditional development model,advocating green consumption behavior,and accelerating the process of environmental protection legal system in Chuxiong Prefecture.The research in this paper has more important significance.First of all,China has a vast territory,and the imbalance between developments in various regions is more obvious.This makes the study of ecological civilization need to adapt to local conditions and combine the reality of regional development.This paper takes Chuxiong Prefecture as an example,and its research results have important practical significance for the construction of ecological civilization in Chuxiong Prefecture.Secondly,this paper comprehensively uses the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy evaluation method to construct a scientific and operational evaluation index system of ecological civilization,which has certain theoretical innovation.
