The automatic filling and conveying method of dye solution replaces the traditional manual and semi-automatic filling method,which is the development trend of the textile printing and dyeing industry.Pressure loss is an important parameter in the design of piping system.When the pressure loss is too large,it will lead to production problems such as low feeding efficiency and long waiting time of dyeing.At present,in the engineering design,the pressure in the dye solution is increased in the conveying pipeline system.Loss and other parameters generally lack quantitative design basis,relying solely on empirical imitation design has a certain blindness.In this study,the main goal of reducing the pressure loss of dye solution feeding pipeline system is to study the engineering design method of dye solution filling pipeline structure from the perspective of theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and experimental verification.Based on the experimental device,the main research work includes:using the theory of hydrodynamic pressure loss,calculating the fluid Reynolds number and straight pipe pressure loss of the four groups of test devices,and solving the time-average velocity profile formula,deducing the flow states of the four groups of fluids and the three groups being in a state of complete hydraulic smooth tube.Moreover,the computational fluid dynamics CFD numerical calculation method is used to calculate the pressure loss of the prototype pipeline system and the elbow model and the straight pipe model.The loss curve of the pipeline system under different flow rates is sorted out,and the loss coefficient of the pipeline system and the elbow are derived.By testing the test system,the pressure loss and unit time flow data are measured,and the pipeline is measured.The system calculates the pipeline loss coefficient based on the measured data.Through the verification of the measured test data and the numerical calculation results,it is confirmed that the two methods are consistent in the trend of pressure loss,and the numerical calculation results can be used to guide the engineering design.This study analyzes the data loss by comparing the pressure loss between pipeline systems at different flow rates,and provides some basic data support for engineering design.It can provide reference for the design of dye solution filling pipeline system and guide the pipeline design on site,which are also helpful in reducing the delivery time,improving the dyeing efficiency,reducing the investment cost,improving the utilization rate of the whole machine,facilitating the progressive discharge of the feeding,improving the production round of the dyeing workshop and other aspects have engineering application value.
