ABSTRACT:In recent years, the static (micro-porous) adding oxygen technology was gradually arisen in aquaculture. The power of static adding oxygen system is air blower, which makes aeration dish or trachea uniform expansion and achieve aerating design value, releasing a lot of tiny bubbles (diameter:20-30um) from the wall. The waft state bubbles in the water can greatly enhance the effect of dissolved oxygen significantly, and increase water liquidity.This article has studied the aeration character of the Porous pipe, the difusion principles and changing rules of DO, and the changing rule of the internal barometric when the porous is in even aeration in the difusion adding oxygen system of the porous pipe, the relation between aquaculture and DO, the effect of water repairing, static adding oxygen system of device matching; and automatic control. IN the end,we studied the applications of IOT in aquaculture.In this foundation we designed the air conduit net in the difusion adding oxygen system of the porous pipe and has carried on it. At last, we get the data of water and aquaculture in different conditions. We also has obtained centrally reasonable design proposal of the diffusion adding oxygen system of the porous pipe, and the automatic control system is established. The main research results were as follows:1.Through the research of aeration character of the Porous pipe, the difusion principles and changing rules of DO, and the results is:the traditional mechanical adding oxygen machines use impeller, water wheel, jet machinery series, which can make the water and gas contact by stiring water, and increase oxygen of upper water, but the oxygen in bottom water is not apparent, and the efficiency is not high; Comparing with traditional mechanical, micro-porous adding oxygen system can not only to the whole water, but increasing efficiency up to 30 to 40 percent, so is the dynamical efficiency.2.Through the research of static adding oxygen system of device matching; and automatic control. We know that the system should choose Rotary blower, the export of blowers use galvanized pipes, other part use UPVC pipes, which is piped above the highest water level, and contacts to ball valve; for the control of aerating gas; we also Increase the automatic control system, the humanized management is realized.3.Through the research of the relation between aquaculture and DO, it shows that the DO is associated with breeding of aquatic organisms, Experimental-scale cultivation and its feeding rate, feed utilization rate and increase heavy rate; DO is also the main index of water, DO can not only directly involved in the oxidative decomposition reaction of organic matter, promote material circulation, eliminate harmful biological metabolites, but also promote the water aerobic bacteria multiply, accelerate the biodegradation rate of organic matter. Hence relieve some toxic substances on the toxicity of breeding biology.4. IOT applied to aquaculture, not only can achieve automatic control, but can analyze factors which influence the growth of fish, combining server handles more accurate after realizing automation control; Meanwhile far out-of-town farms management personnel can use mobile phones, computers and so on get information of breeding waters through the Internet, realize real-time monitoring, and can give a system for control orders, control peripheral machines starting and stopping.
