With the rapid development of NC machining technology,more and more attention has been paid to the CNC machining.This paper mainly aims at a small precision complex part,according to its characteristics of the turning,milling,grinding compound machining process.We design and develop a special CNC machine tool for milling and grinding machine.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:1.It is based on the processing components need turning milling compound machining process characteristics,initially identified grind milling function part and a grinding function components integrated on a lathe milling to the required compound of the general structure plan of machine tools,milling and grinding unit is designed,design calculation and selection of servo feed mechanism,on its performance were checked and analyzed.It is proved that the design is reasonable.2.Using virtual prototyping technology,the three-dimensional model of the whole compound machine tool is established,and the interference of the assembly of the machine tool is checked.The key components of machine tool based on the kinematics analysis,check in the process of complex machine parts will produce motion interference,at the same time to carry out the modal analysis of milling spindle and grinding spindle harmonic response analysis,to study its dynamic performance.Above,the structure of the composite machine tool is optimized and analyzed.In the case of the same quality,to improve the static stiffness of its structure.3.According to the characteristics of machining parts by,the processing technology were analysis,formulated the corresponding processing craft route,design the turning milling compound machining machine tool fixture,and make the parts machining process card.
