For the detection of large gears,due to the large volume,heavy weight and inconvenient loading,the measurement is difficult,the measurement accuracy is low,and the measurement efficiency is low.Nowadays,the universal measurement of gear precision is in the machine measurement technology.There is still no corresponding research on the field measurement of large gears.In the large gear measurement method,contact measurement is widely used at present.Contact measurement has great limitations,and the measurement process Complex,low measurement efficiency and time consuming.Through the research and analysis of the current large gear measurement method,it is necessary to study a new method of large gear error measurement for the problems and shortcomings of the large gear in the measurement process.Based on the analysis of existing large gear error measurement methods,this paper proposes a method for on-site measurement of large spur gears to achieve on-site non-contact measurement of large spur gear errors.The measurement system consists of a three-dimensional measurement platform based on the principle of fiber-optic confocal measurement and a laser tracker;this system combines the local non-contact high-precision measurement of the three-dimensional measurement platform with the global measurement of the laser tracker,thereby performing a full range of large gears.Accurate measurement.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)The overall structural design of the 3D measurement platform based on the fiber confocal measurement technology;according to the characteristics of the optical measurement and the actual situation of the gear measurement,in the measurement of the gear,in order to make the measurement optical path in the actual measurement Strictly in accordance with the normal direction of the gear profile,this paper has specially designed the probe part of the measuring platform,and planned the measurement path to prevent the tooth profile from blocking the measurement lightwhile making the measurement light to the tooth.The contour is measured in the normal direction of the profile.(2)The gear simulation measurement system is designed,and the established gear model is simulated.The validity of the measurement scheme and the correctness of the gear error correlation algorithm are verified by the calculation and analysis of the measurement data.(3)Finally,in order to ensure the reliability of the data obtained in the actual measurement of the gear,the abnormal value judgment and rejection system of the gear measurement error is designed,and the effectiveness and scientificity of the system are verified by experiments.
