Application Of Balanced Scorecard In Performance Evaluation Of B Oil And Gas Company

In today's society,due to the continuous decline of international crude oil prices in the past few years,the competition among enterprises in the petroleum and petrochemical industry is becoming more and more fierce.How to improve the management level of enterprises in this situation is the most important issue for every oil enterprise.This paper takes B Oil and Gas Company as the research object,adopts the methods of literature research,case analysis and analytic hierarchy process,and optimizes the performance evaluation system of B Oil and Gas Company with the help of Balanced scorecard,a tool that takes into account both strategic management and performance evaluation.This paper firstly analyses the current situation of B Oil and Gas Company's organizational setup and performance evaluation,excavates the existing problems in the performance evaluation system,and analyses the necessity and feasibility of introducing the performance management tool of balanced scorecard in B Oil and Gas Company;secondly,taking B Oil and Gas Company's strategic objectives as the guidance,decomposes its strategic objectives into finance,customers and interior.Four levels of process,learning and growth are adopted to reconstruct the evaluation index system of B Oil and Gas Company.Thirdly,the weight distribution and calculation are carried out by using the analytic hierarchy process,and the results of performance evaluation at each level and in the whole are obtained by using the comprehensive evaluation index.Finally,the application of the balanced scorecard in B Oil and Gas Company is analyzed.Through comparison,the introduction of the performance evaluation tool of the balanced scorecard is proved.It has important application value in B Oil and Gas Company.On this Basis,the corresponding safeguard measures are put forward.
