The non-ferrous metal industry is facing a series of problems such as high pollution,high energy consumption and high cost,leading to great challenges in management and development.Therefore,it is urgent to solve the problems of overcapacity,overstock,production safety,decreased demand and environmental protection.And non-ferrous metals enterprises in China to hold the market position in the intense market competition,based on the non-ferrous metal industry,combined with China's national conditions,learn the advanced technology,the introduction of efficient strategy oriented performance evaluation system,in order to improve the company's core competitiveness,improve the company's sustainable development potential to enhance enterprise competitive advantage is particularly important.Taking YY nonferrous metals company as the research object,this paper makes an in-depth discussion on the performance evaluation of YY nonferrous metals company.Based on the literature of domestic and foreign experts and scholars using balanced scorecard for performance evaluation,this paper summarizes the current situation and existing problems of the company's performance evaluation.On this basis,according to the characteristics of the non-ferrous metals industry and the problems of performance evaluation,YY nonferrous metals company to keep up with the advanced management requirements of the non-ferrous metal industry in the balanced scorecard performance evaluation system of financial,customer,internal process,learning and growth,on the basis of the added dimension of environmental protection and safety,the company strategic target layers together down into specific indicators,and introduces the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each index,for the company to conduct a comprehensive,objective and systematic performance evaluation.Finally,this paper also puts forward the safeguard measures for YY nonferrous metal company to implement the balanced scorecard,providing support for the company to implement the balanced scorecard smoothly.The purpose of this study is to introduce a new and scientific performance evaluation method to YY nonferrous metal company by using the balanced scorecardperformance evaluation system,so as to help the company improve its competitiveness and achieve its strategic objectives.At the same time,the research of this paper has a certain degree of reference significance for the implementation of balanced scorecard in other non-ferrous metal enterprises.
