In the process of the rapid rise of China’s economy and the deterioration of the environment accompanies,how to meet the needs of customers while meeting environmental protection requirements is a hot spot that all trades and professions are actively exploring.TRIZ(Theory of inventive problem solving),which is one of the important tools to solve inventive problems,with QFD(Quality Function Deployment)and green design theory are used by more and more engineers to discover and solve the problems encountered in these development processes.Based on TRIZ,QFD and green design theory,this paper establishes a novel green innovation design model.Through QFD and green design theory,it discovers the unrealized potential customer needs and environmental needs of existing products,and solves them with TRIZ.Through QFD and green design theory,this paper finds the unrealized potential customer needs and environmental requirements in existing products and solves the contradiction using TRIZ.It improves the existing products and obtains innovative solutions.This paper verifies the validity and operability of the model in three cases.The main work of the thesis are as follows:Firstly,through the selection of relevant literatures on TRIZ,QFD and green design theory,the author summarizes the research status of the integration of the three theories and discovers the achievements and shortcomings.Then,a green innovation design model based on TRIZ and QFD was established.The model first collected data of customer demand and environmental demand,compiled and analyzed the statistical results,built a green quality house,and calculated the importance of customer demand.Potential customer needs and environmental needs that are not realized are discovered through existing products.According to the result of customer demand importance,using the MPV(main parameter of value)analysis,MFPV(main functional parameter of value)importance is calculated and sorted,and the most important engineering characteristics are obtained.Find the corresponding functional attributes,combine the principles and methods of function-oriented search to find leading area solutions,and apply solutions and other problemsolving ideas to existing product improvement designs.If there are no contradictions in the process of improvement,you can directly generate new ideas;when encounters problems and conflicts in the process of improvement,we can analyze the types of contradictions,find solutions to contradictions,combine the inventive principles to bring a direction of thinking to create a variety of ideas,screen the programs that have been stimulated and get the most suitable solution to make up for the original design flaws in the design process.Finally,the green innovation design model based on TRIZ and QFD was used to conduct case studies on the garbage box,express packaging,and shaping paper rubber coating device of filter stick forming machine.
