Study On The Evaluation Of The Disposal Ability Of Air Fault Emergency Events In Airlines

In recent years,domestic and foreign airlines frequently occur all kinds of aviation unsafe incidents.According to the statistical analysis report of civil aviation accidents in China in the past ten years,it is found that the typical air fault type emergencies account for more than 20%,which seriously affects the operation safety and efficiency of airlines.Air fault type events have the characteristics of serious loss degree,great harm and wide influence range,which will directly affect the reputation of airlines and endanger the safety of people's lives and property.In order to improve the airline's emergency management ability for such emergencies,this paper carries on the ability assessment and the pre-judgment research according to the event development process and the post-management.Firstly,this paper analyzes the present situation of China's airline emergency management and the problems existing in the emergency disposal process of air fault type emergencies.This paper mainly studies the characteristics,concepts,types,disposal basis and principles of air fault type emergencies.On this basis,this paper compares and analyzes the differences in emergency management manuals of three airlines on the disposal of air fault emergencies,including response level,scope division,disposal procedures,emergency plans and so on.Secondly,on the basis of investigating the first line of airline operation and control,this paper constructs the evaluation Index system of air fault type emergency disposal ability,analyzes some indexes quantitatively,and uses the improved three-scale analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of its index.The evaluation model of emergency management capability of air fault type is established,and the ability of emergency event disposal of air fault class is evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and matter-element extension model respectively,and the results are compared and analyzed.Finally,the emergency disposal ability of Sichuan Airlines windshield incident is evaluated,the example is verified,and the measures and suggestions are put forward according to the evaluation results,and the closed-loop management of such emergency emergency Management is realized,and the emergency disposal ability of such incidents of the company is improved.The completion of the research work in this paper is helpful for the airline to self-judge and locate the emergency disposal ability of air fault emergencies,to provide theoretical basis for the improvement of airline emergency management,to improve the company's ability of emergency management and disposal of air fault emergencies,and to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the company.
