Ecological Value Assessment And Compensation Of Cotton Planting In Saline-alkali Land Of The Yellow River Delta

In recent years,ecological value assessment has been a hot topic of research.While developing economy,people begin to pay attention to the sustainability of the ecosystem,and evaluate the ecological value of the ecosystem,which arouses people’s thinking and protection of the ecological environment.Based on the data of ecological value assessment,ecological compensation is carried out and the mechanism of ecological compensation is established.In this paper,the ecological value and ecological compensation of cotton planting in saline-alkali land in the Yellow River Delta are analyzed by field investigation and documentation.This paper evaluates the ecological value of cotton planting in saline-alkali land by using the relevant methods of ecological value evaluation,expresses the ecological value with economic value,and pays attention to the ecological value of cotton planting in saline-alkali land.After assessing the ecological value,it is necessary to compensate the local ecology.This paper proposes to establish a cotton planting protection area in the saline-alkali cotton area of the Yellow River Delta,make full use of the ecological value of cotton planting in saline-alkali land,stabilize the scale of cotton planting,and establish a perfect ecological compensation mechanism for cotton planting in saline-alkali land.The Yellow River Delta area has particularity due to the existence of a large number of saline alkali land.Cotton,a pioneer crop in saline alkali soil,will not only bring economic benefits,but also has considerable ecological benefits by using its own salt and alkali tolerance and planting cotton in saline alkali soil.This paper uses the market value method,opportunity cost method and shadow engineering method to evaluate the ecological value of cotton planting in the Yellow River Delta.The results showed that the value of maintaining soil fertility was 19.23 million yuan per year,the value of maintaining nutrient cycling function was 10.26 million yuan,the total value of nitrogen fixation and oxygen release was 4.70 million yuan,the value of purifying atmosphere was 8.16 million yuan,the ecological value of improving saline-alkali land was 3.1 billion yuan,and the value of maintaining biodiversity was 108 million yuan,totaling 3.72 billion yuan.Among them,the ecological value produced by the modified saline-alkali land is the largest,accounting for about 83% of the total value.The great ecological and economic value produced by planting cotton in saline alkali land is worth of attention and utilization.Based on the actual situation of cotton planting in saline-alkali land in the Yellow River Delta,the necessity and urgency of establishing cotton planting in saline-alkali land in the Yellow River Delta were analyzed by using the method of literature,and the development and practice of ecological compensation were discussed.Focus on the principles of establishing ecological compensation mechanism,compensation subjects,compensation standards,compensation methods and other content,on the basis of analysis,put forward specific measures to establish ecological compensation mechanism.The establishment and implementation of ecological compensation mechanism can not only protect and improve the local ecological environment,but also promote the local economic development,and achieve win-win goals.The main purpose of this study is to make people realize the economic value of cotton cultivation,but also pay attention to the ecological value of cotton cultivation in saline-alkali land.Using the physiological characteristics of salt-alkali tolerance of cotton and planting cotton in saline-alkali soil along the Yellow Cotton Region,not only has certain economic and social benefits,but also has high ecological benefits.However,the ecological value of the cotton area in the Yellow River Delta has not been paid enough attention,the positive exterior of the ecosystem has not been corrected,and the stable development of cotton production has been greatly affected.The research significance of this paper is mainly embodied in the following two aspects: theoretically,it mainly defines the ecological value of cotton planting by sorting out and analyzing the related concepts and theories of ecological value evaluation,and evaluates and analyses the ecological value of cotton planting by using the method of ecological value evaluation.In practice,by investigating the cotton planting situation in the Yellow Cotton Region of Shandong Province,this paper describes and analyses the present situation of cotton planting in Shandong Province,evaluates the ecological value of cotton planting in the Yellow Cotton Region,puts forward the ecological compensation scheme for cotton planting,and advocates the establishment of ecological protection zones for cotton planting along the Yellow Cotton Region of Shandong Province as soon as possible,so as to stabilize the current cotton.The vigorous development of industry.
