Series Design And Research Of The Pendulum Polishing Machine

Since China has become the largest country to undertake optical cold production,our country treats the study of machining accuracy and other process problems as the main content,ignoring the important role of the continuity of development technology and the brand of appearance in the machine tool product design.The continuity of development technology can well solute the contradiction between customer customization needs and long development cycle,help quickly design the machine tool products which can meet the requirements;the brand of appearance is one of the important means to enhance the products' added value,to help promote the development of machine tool business.This paper takes the pendulum polishing machine as the research object,after the optimized design of the drive shaft,pendulum and other structures,combined with the product characteristics,proposing the structure series design method based on the structural module division.Based on the image orientation of the user,the design method of eye tracking technology and ergonomics is used in the series design of the appearance of the pendulum polishing machine.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Introducing the domestic and foreign research status of the series design of the pendulum polishing machine,clarifying the research direction of the subject,and putting forward the specific contents and methods of the research;(2)Taking the pendulum polishing machine of a Nanjing optical company as an example,deriving the equation of motion,simulating the influence of each machine parameter on the trajectory of the abrasive grain relative to the workpiece in Matlab,and using Creo for simulation verification;(3)Summarizing the composition factors of the series design,research methods and other related theories,analyzing the structural limiting factors and man-machine limiting factors that need to be considered in the structure and overall style series design;(4)Expatiating the division process of the structural module of the pendulum polishing machine,appling the serialized design method to the structure series design process of the pendulum polishing machine,and introducing the 3D modeling process of the series design of the frame module in detail;doing optimized design for the rolling linear guide in the swing drive,doing the rolling linear guide design check and selection work;(5)Combined the SD method with the eye tracking experiment,detailing the concrete practice and method in the design of pendulum polishing machine;(6)According to the principle of machine color design,the coloring design of the polarizing and polishing machine is carried out,and the concrete practice process of the color scheme is optimized according to the eye tracking experiment;The design of this paper provides the basis for the serial design of the series design of the pendulum polishing machine,especially the simulation of the polishing track and the optimization of the guide rail provide a theoretical reference for the selection of the parameters in the process.The series design of the structure and appearance of the pendulum polishing machine provides an objective and quantifiable design idea,which provides reference for the design of optical cold working equipment.
