Research On The Development Strategy Of Jizhong Energy Group DP Coal Mine

Since the beginning of the 21 st century,the desire of enterprises for economic development has become increasingly strong.The main problems that affect the development of our country are resource development and environmental protection.The 19 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC)pointed out that we must practice the development concept of "green water and green mountains are mountains of gold and silver".The state implements the policy of energy conservation and emission reduction,and strengthens environmental protection in order to bring back the "green water and green mountains".As a state-owned coal resource enterprise,DP coal mine of jizhong energy group must make innovations in development mode,technology update and enterprise management to respond to national policies and promote its own development.DP coal mine must make steady and persistent efforts to explore a road of transformation suitable for the development of coal enterprises,the change of industrial behavior and the requirements of national macro policies.On the way of seeking strategic development,we must insist that the green hills will not be relaxed,that civilization will flourish when ecology prospers,and that civilization will decline when ecology declines.Based on the theory of natural resources strategic development and literature reference and data analysis,this paper takes the DP coal mine of jizhong energy group as the research object and analyzes its current situation and strategy.The Boston consulting group method is used to make a comprehensive plan for the strategic development of DP coal mine,and to formulate countermeasures.It is expected to provide reference for strengthening rational exploitation of coal resources in DP coal mines,improving utilization level and formulating strategic development framework for coal enterprises.The author of this paper has been working in the coal mine involved in this paper for many years.The study is convenient and fast,which ensures the authenticity,rationality and effectiveness of the study.Starting from the strategic development direction of coal enterprises,this paper summarizes the strategic development orientation,strategic development goals and strategic development framework of jizhong energy group DP coal mine.By combining the Boston consulting group law with the characteristics of DP coal mine,a set of concrete path of coal enterprise development strategy is created.This research adopts the method of combining practical work experience and theory for empirical analysis,and directly faces the key points and difficulties of DP coal mine development strategy research from the practical perspective of grassroots work.Based on the conclusion of empirical analysis,specific and perfect development strategy path of coal mine enterprises is put forward.
