Strategic Research Inner Mongolia Coal Mine Ecological Environment

Inner Mongolia is the national large-scale coal energy and heavy chemical industry base. Coal mining has widely and directly influenced and damaged the ecological environment of the mining area. The implementation of ecological environment governance is the guarantee of harmonious development in mining area and the logo of scientific coal industry development. Through the impact of the coal mining on the environment, analysis of environmental protection laws and regulations and industrial policies formulated by the state and the autonomous region has been put forward. By the application of PEST analysis method, analyze the resources and environment condition of implementing the ecological environment governance and point out the urgency of strategies on the implementation of comprehensive mining area development and protection. Using SWOT analysis method, propose some problems that exit in the development process of coal mining and the necessity of strategies on active implementation of ecological environment governance in Inner Mongolia. Drawing lessons from domestic and foreign coal ecological protection and management experience, we put forward the perfect laws and regulations, implementing active policies on financial land and tax. We improve the ecological environment management standards of the mining area and pay more attention to the coordination of various departments to strengthen supervision and problem-solving ideas and methods so as to explain the feasibility of implementing the active ecological environment governance in mining area through the illustrations.
