Offshore oil and gas resources development is a complex system engineering with high risk,high technology,high investment and multi-process crossover.In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of offshore drilling platform,it is of great significance to analyze and control the operational risk of offshore drilling platform.This paper identifies the hazard sources of offshore drilling platform operation from the aspects of human,machine,environment and management by using risk management theory.The risk analysis of key equipment in drilling operation is carried out by using fault type and its impact analysis method(FMEA).The risk level of derrick is the highest.The types of equipment failure,impact analysis and control measures are formulated by using bow-ti.The E-analysis method makes a comprehensive analysis of the causes and consequences of the typical accidents that may occur in the operation of offshore drilling platforms.It is considered that the oil and gas concentration in the circulating mud in the wellbore should be paid more attention in the operation of offshore drilling platforms.The safety barriers such as wellbore detection,lower gate,upper gate,shear gate,annular blowout preventer and casing are established as event chains.BN-LOPA model;BN-LOPA method is used to analyze the posterior failure probability,influence and sensitivity of the safety barrier.It is considered that the operator has not noticed the generation of gas in the mud,the operator has not noticed the change of mud level,the operator has not noticed the change of mud pressure,the operator has not noticed the change of mud density,and the operator has not noticed the mud conductance.The main factors causing the failure of the protective layer are the change of the rate and the failure of the operator to notice the change of the mud permeability.Therefore,the operational reliability of the operator is the key factor to ensure the safety of the offshore drilling platform.Based on the analysis of the causes of accidents in offshore drilling operation,this paper puts forward risk control measures and emergency control measures,which provide a reference for safety production of offshore drilling operation.
