Establishment And Application Research On Safety Education And Training Mode Of "Internet + Experiential" Construction Workers

The vigorous development of construction industry has made great contributions to the economic growth in China.However,due to the characteristics of construction activities and other factors,the frequent casualties have become one of the characteristics of the construction industry.The frequent occurrence of safety accidents hinders the healthy development of the industry,and at the same time,it is contrary to the requirements of people-oriented,stable and orderly harmonious society in China.Through the analysis of accident causes,this paper finds that the unsafe behavior of people is the main cause of construction accidents.Safety education and training is an effective means to reduce people's unsafe behavior.However,the traditional safety education and training mode in China is too monotonous and tedious,which makes the trainees lose interest in learning and can not achieve good training results.Although new training forms are emerging,there is not a complete safety education model to match them,which can not give full play to its advantages.Therefore,how to organically integrate the more mature modern training methods into a systematic and effective education and training model is an urgent problem to be solved.This paper makes an in-depth study of the current situation of security education and training in China,grasps the development process and technical background of the new methods,selects mature physical security experience training,VR virtual experience education and Internet online training platform,and establishes a system based on Boydal's systematic training ideas of demand analysis,planning system,plan implementation and effect feedback.The "Internet + experience" safety education and training program.So as to enhance the comprehensive safety literacy of construction workers and eliminate people's unsafe behavior.Then select the Tongzhou canal ONE Project Department of China Railway Construction Group to carry out an example of "Internet + experiential" safety education and training program,verify the training effect of the new mode,and analyze its advantages and disadvantages.Finally,based on the feedback from examples and problems encountered in practice,a continuous improvement suggestion of "Internet plus experience" safety education and training program is put forward.
