Wetland,as a unique ecosystem and an important natural resource, maintains the stability of regional ecology and promotes the sustainable development of social economy with its rich function and value. With the strengthening of regional relations and Cooperation,Highway net, work as an infrastructure is more and more intensively being planned, its leap-forward development has inevitably intersected with protected areas of wetland, and then a cause a series of effects on wetland ecology.Under the background of making great efforts to build ecological civilization and build a beautiful China,a comprehensive, accurate and rapid evaluation of the impact of highway construction on wetland ecology has a certain reference value for the government to judge the feasibility of the project and its approval. However, the methods used for evaluation are mostly influenced by qualitative factors, and the accuracy of evaluation results fluctuates considerably. In this paper,a quantitative formula is used instead of a qualitative expert scoring method to evaluate a single factor of the ecological impact. On this basis, the weight of each index is determined by analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is constructed by synthesizing the local survey results, and the results of highway construction influence on wetland ecology are obtained, and presents the relief measures of highway construction influence and suggestions on wetland ecology restoration. There are mainly four aspects of research carried out:(1)Single-factor impact evaluation, that is,the use of GIS for spatial analysis and data extraction, calculate the impact value of each index, determine the range of impact values and make a five levels isometric divide as the general impact, mild impact, moderate impact, high impact and extreme impact,in which the impact level is determined according to the impact value.(2)on the basis of the evaluation results of single-factor impact, the comparison matrix is constructed by the three-scale method, and then the extreme difference method is used to convert it to the judgment matrix, then carried out the consistency test and calculate the weight values of each index assembly, the scale of which is:landscape quality>biodiversity>vegetation>cultivated land>water environment>landscape structure>soil and water loss = rare animals and plants>relocation of residents =historical and cultural monuments.(3)Constructing a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. The results of single-factor impact evaluation were taken as membership degree, and the corresponding impact degree was calculated as 1 and the rest was calculated as 0.A fuzzy evaluation matrix was established. Finally, the comprehensive evaluation value of wetland ecological impact of Xujiahe Reservoir Ring Reservoir Highway Construction was calculated to be 2.4326,which tended to be slight between slight and moderate impacts.(4)Intergrade the evaluation results, the weight assembly of each index and the status of local investigation to propose targeted measures on highway construction impact relief and wetland ecological restoration recommendations with sequence of priority.By constructing the evaluation index system and the innovative evaluation method,a set of systematic wetland ecological impact evaluation model is established.and it is demonstrated through the impact of Xujiahe Reservoir Highway construction project on the wetland ecological impact.Maneuver ability of the model is proved by comparing with the results of the EIA report and feasibility report of the project.
