Study On Countermeasures Of Desertification Control In Hangjin Banner Of Inner Mongolia From Perspective Of Government

Land desertification has always been a major ecological and environmental problem in China and an important issue affecting the sustainable development of society and economy.From the perspective of maintaining ecological security or improving the living conditions of the people,preventing land desertification has a strategic significance that cannot be ignored.Hangjin banner is a region with severe desertification in Inner Mongolia.In recent years,although the desertification control has realized a huge change from sand-forced retreat" to "green-in-sand retreat",the ecological environment of desertification areas in Hangj in banner is relatively fragile,even if it is In the desertification areas that have been initially managed,the state of governance has not yet reached a lasting stability.In areas such as grasslands and woodlands,the situation of indiscriminate destruction has been reduced,but it still exists.Most of the reasons for these phenomena are attributed to government departments.Government departments lack macro-policy policies to publicize,guide and standardize the inadequacy of social participation in governance.In the future,Hangj in banner wants to achieve green prosperity and prosperity,economic transformation has been transformed and upgraded,and regional development and protection have been achieved.The road to desertification governance still has a long way to go.From the perspective of the government,this paper takes the desertification control of Hangjin banner in Inner Mongolia as the research object.Through literature analysis,concept analysis,field investigation and theoretical research,this paper introduces the research background and significance of desertification control in Inner Mongolia Hangjin banner,the status of desertification control and the desertification of Hangjin banner.The achievements of governance,the desertification control model and system mechanism of Hangjin banner in Inner Mongolia,the problems and causes in the desertification control of Hangjin banner were found out,and some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward for the policy of desertification control in Hangjin banner.
