After entering the new century,China's industrialization reform has made remarkable achievements.Due to the impact of the international environment and the basic domestic environment,the related new energy research is still in the research stage and can not be applied on a large scale.Coal is still the main body of China's energy demand.Relevant research shows that coal's status as the main energy source can still be maintained for more than 20 years,so it still determines the overall development of China in the future.However,under the influence of economic development China's coal industry has excessive capacity,serious pollution,and has appeared a "double low"situation of lower prices and lower demand.Moreover,under the influence of the concept of green environmental protection,the development of China's coal industry has been hindered in many ways.In order to promote China's energy optimization and industry development,further deepen and deepen the supply-side reform in various industries,improve the quality and production efficiency of products in various industries from the source,provide continuous power for the sustained growth of our economy,and further promote the comprehensive innovation of social productivity.In 2016,a document on the adjustment of the coal industry was published,The Opinions on the Overcapacity Dissolution of the Coal Industry to Realize the Development of Overcoming Difficulties.Under the background of industry shuffling and reform,this paper mainly studies the related content of coal industry development,and takes S Company as an example to make a concrete analysis.Through the analysis and study of the actual situation of S company,the implementation of the strategy,the problems encountered,identify the risk of strategic transformation.The transformation and development will inevitably bring risks that affect the normal operation of enterprises.If S company wants to pay attention to long-term benefits,it must focus on risk management research.This paper analyses the risk factors of S company's strategic transformation development,combines the relevant risk theory with the actual development of the coal industry,specifically analyses the impact of risk factors on S company's development from different angles,and establishes the relevant risk identification mechanism for the actual risk early warning.This paper establishes 30 risk identification indicators,establishes a risk fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model through AHP fuzzy mathematical analysis method,and evaluates the impact degree of various types of risk.It is hoped that through the analysis of S company's strategic transformation,the risk factors in its strategic transformation will be clarified and evaluated.According to the actual situation,corresponding risk control measures will be formulated for S company to prevent the occurrence of risks as far as possible,and to transfer the risks that have already occurred,so as to reduce the probability of risk occurrence.The aim is to enhance the risk management ability of S company and promote the smooth and smooth transformation of S company's strategy.It is hoped that this paper can improve S company's ability of risk identification,assessment and response.It is hoped that the research content of this paper can be used for reference for similar coal enterprises with similar management situation as S Company,which can make similar coal enterprises develop better and better serve the social and economic development.There are 5 figures,15 tables and 57 references in this dissertation.
