A Study On The Risk Management Of State' Owned Coal Enterprises' Strategic Transformation Under The New Situation

Since 2012,the development of Chinese coal industry has slowed down,the coal supply exceeds the coal demand,which imposes negative influences on the majority of Chinese coal companies.The main reasons that lead to the Chinese coal market depression are as follows:the slowdown of world economic growth,the domestic coal market is expriencing a stagnant period,the domestic coal market become more dependent on the imported.coal as well as the indstriual structure improvement and upgrade in China.Because of the economic downturn of China,the Chinese coal industry is confronted with an unclear future,which also made the coal supply exceed the coal demand.Chinese coal industry will face a long transitional period of industrial structure improvement and upgrade.During this period,the circumstances of domestic coal industry development is relatively poor.This article will use the most famous Chinese coal commany,Shenhua Group as a case to analyze how Chinese coal companies should realize industrial structure improvement and up grade,what kind of reasonable operational manners should be adopted by these companies and how to improve the longlasting development.This article is based on the analysis of the stratigic transformation of Shenhua Group.First of all,the article will demonstrates the main theories of the stratigic transformation risks of the enterprises.Secondly,the article will make a widely research on the importance and existing problems on the enterprises stratigic transformation risks,and will adopt SWOT model to discuss the current developing situation of Shenhua Group,and rasie some effective measures of the stratigic transformation risk management for Shenhua Group.The research conducted by the article will impose a positve effect on the future development of the company,and will also have some important implication to the future development of other coal companies.
