With the development of the world economy and science technology,the air cleaning technology is improving day by day and the design concept is more advanced.China issued the document of the ministry of agriculture notice No.2573"Biological safety level?protection standard for veterinary vaccine manufacturers"in 2018,which for the first time mentioned the requirements of mass production of veterinary drugs to a high degree of biological safety.It is a new thing between biological safety level 3 laboratory and veterinary drug GMP standard.If you have no experience,the design is very difficult.Therefore,it is very important to design and optimize the design of the workshop and conduct numerical simulation research on the air flow in the veterinary drug workshop environment by using CFD method.In this paper,with a large number of illustrations in detail elaborated the biological safety level of veterinary drug production workshop air conditioning system design and optimization design,and select the include irregular shape configuration give next time,sending last time with heat source,heat source vertical airflow,equipped with biological safety cabinet for inspection of a total of four kinds of clean room,using high Reynolds number K-?turbulent mathematical model and finite volume method of discrete mathematics method,use numerical simulation software Airpak,respectively to simulate air flow organization.The aim is to obtain the variation trend of the parameters of clean indoor air tissue by the simulation analysis results of different influencing factors,so as to select the best air tissue form.Through this paper,the following conclusions are obtained:1)the cleaning air conditioning system of biological safety veterinary drug production workshop should be optimized with water-cooled disinfection system.Ozone concentration sensor should be set up on the return air duct road through the direct connection between pipeline and air conditioning air supply system to precisely quantify the ozone disinfection concentration and ensure the regional disinfection effect.The schematic diagram of the negative pressure zone system was optimized,and the ozone was rapidly diluted with fresh air to the maximum extent to reach the safety standard of ozone concentration not greater than0.2mg/m~3.In the northern region,the heating and reheating section must be placed in the surface cooling section to protect the coil safety.2)the influence of heat source on indoor parameters and airflow structure must be considered in the design stage of clean room;The waste water treatment room of upper and upper return is evenly distributed to the air outlet,and the air distribution form between the two sides is conducive to the formation of directional flow,which is conducive to the rapid discharge of heat.The economical unidirectional flow clean room adopts the best air organization form of downdraft on both sides of the full-ceiling air supply.3)the quality inspection room equipped with biological safety cabinet should not be arranged directly above the biological safety cabinet in the design,and the outlet must be arranged near the biological safety cabinet.Through this paper,we hope that the designer of veterinary drug production workshop can find a more reasonable and perfect design scheme.
