Study On Technology Of Regional Controlled Recirculation Ventilation&Safety Monitoring System In Bainaimiao Copper Mine

Due to the increasing mining depth of the Bainaimiao copper mine,ventilation lines long,large ventilation resistance,the underground geothermal and temperature problems of 640 middle working face,which leads to the increasing energy consumption of mine underground ventilation and so on.Combined with the theory of mine controlled recirculation ventilation,field data test and network solution,the paper makes the research on tchnology of Bainanmiao copper mine regional controlled recirculation ventilation&safety monitoring system,which is significant to ensure the safe production of mine and the health of workers.At the same time,this research bring mine certain economic benefits.Combined with the research results of the mine controlled circulating ventilation theory an experiment of domestic and foreign scholars,the paper analysizes Bainanmiao copper mine circulation ventilation system.Based on the theory of controlled circulation ventilation,the research is carried out from four aspects:cooling,dustproofing,safety monitoring and control,and energy saving.At the same time,the problems of security monitoring system in the process of controlled circulation are analysed,and the corresponding preventive measures are put forward.Theory of controlled circulating ventilation is applied into the Bainaimiao copper mine,From the field of measured data analysis shows that:controllable circulating air system can effectively reduce the underground toxic and harmful gas concentration,especially for CO dilution effect is significant.From the energy saving point of view,when the circulation rate is 40%,when the wind volume is increased from 28m3/s to 46.67m3/s,the power consumed by the controllable circulating air system is 35.4%of the conventional ventilation.In comparison,controlled circulating ventilation saves more effect and can bring good economic benefits to the mine.
