Affected by China's historical environment,because China's refined oil market has been monopolized for a long time,the state-owned oil companies often do not attach importance to logistics management.In the current fierce competitive environment,this management model has been unable to adapt to the development of the refined oil market.Under such a background,G Petroleum Company,as a refined oil marketing company of SINOPEC,also has a lot of problems in its refined oil logistics distribution system.In the process of logistics and distribution,due to unreasonable distribution schemes,the advantages of not using itself and failure to establish effective system management,there are problems such as not using the present situation has raised the cost of transportation and increased waste,increasing transportation time,increase the company's refined oil logistics and transportation cost.To effectively improve the market competitiveness of G Petroleum Company,this paper mainly uses literature research and commentary,case argumentation method,model analysis method and other methods to study the refined oil logistics distribution system,and conducts a detailed study on the status quo of G Petroleum Company refined oil logistics distribution management.After analyzing the current situation of management and facilities.It is considered that the logistics structure and layout of G Petroleum Company are unreasonable,its inventory management has not been effectively applied;its distribution process is unscientific;its information technology and automation level are backward,which has constrained the development of enterprises.Therefore,that studying and improving the management of G company's refined oil logistics distribution system from these four aspects can effectively improve its logistics management level,achieve efficient logistics distribution and reduce transportation costs.This paper summarizes the advanced experience and management mode of domestic and foreign oil companies,and puts forward some suggestions for improving the management of logistics distribution system from these four aspects,and based on the actual conditions of G Petroleum Company.This paper strives to find out the measures to optimize or improve the management of G Petroleum Company's refined oil logistics distribution system,provides the key reference for the company.
