With the continuous development of refined oil products and the opening up of the market economy,foreign and private companies have poured in,and the competition in the refined oil industry has also grown.If refined oil sales companies want to continue to be competitive in the market,they must work hard to reduce their own costs and increase their profits.The cost is not only the purchase cost,but also the management cost.Under the historical conditions of China's market economy environment,China's refined oil industry has been in a monopoly for a long time,and stateowned oil companies often do not attach importance to logistics management.As a traditional state-owned refined oil sales company,Hangzhou Petroleum Company also has some problems in its logistics management.Only by effectively optimizing logistics management,reducing management costs,and increasing the company's efficiency,can Hangzhou Petroleum Company continue to be competitive in the same industry.Improving the level of logistics management of an enterprise,optimizing the logistics management system,and win-win cooperation with third-party logistics can effectively reduce management costs and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.Through the analysis of the current situation of Hangzhou Petroleum Company's logistics management,it is believed that Hangzhou Petroleum Company has a low level of logistics management intelligence,logistics management is restricted by third-party logistics,the coordination of primary and secondary logistics is difficult,and the efficiency of secondary logistics distribution is not high.Problems such as poor coordination among relevant departments of logistics management have hindered the improvement of the company's management level.Draw lessons from the advanced practical experience of Guangdong Petroleum Company,Jiangxi Petroleum Company and Tianjin Petroleum Company,and summarize the enlightenment of Hangzhou Petroleum Company's refined oil logistics management optimization.Based on this,combined with lean logistics management and other related research,the following four optimization strategies are proposed: establishing an integrated logistics information system,establishing partnerships with thirdparty logistics companies,using advanced logistics management concepts,and strengthening company-level top-level design,with a view to Hangzhou Petroleum Company provides countermeasures and suggestions to enhance competitiveness.
